Beef and Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
- • ¼ cup of water
- • ½ cup of onion, sliced
- • 1 cup of beef broth
- • 2 pounds (908 g) of beef sirloin cut into chunks
- • 2 red bell peppers, striped
- • 1 can of stewed tomato
- • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- • 1 teaspoon of sugar
- • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- • 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Season the beef chunks with some salt and pepper then brown them with the vegetable oil in a skillet for 5 to 7 min.
- Once the time is up, combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cover it then cook them for 4 h on high.
