Ingredients

  • • 1 ½ cups of cottage cheese
  • • 1 (12 ounces) package of lasagna noodles
  • • 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded
  • • 1 pound (454 g) of beef meat, minced
  • • 2/3 cup of tomato paste
  • • 1 can (29 ounces) of tomato sauce
  • • ½ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  • • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
  • • 2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
  • • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef with garlic and onion in a skillet for 5 to 7 min then stir in the tomato paste, oregano, salt and tomato sauce then cook them for another 2 min.
  2. In the meantime, mix the mozzarella with cottage cheese and parmesan in small bowl then set it aside.
  3. Repeat the process with rest of the ingredients then cover the slow cooker and cook it for 4 h on low.
  4. Once the time is up, serve it warm right away and enjoy
