Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
- • 1 ½ cups of cottage cheese
- • 1 (12 ounces) package of lasagna noodles
- • 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded
- • 1 pound (454 g) of beef meat, minced
- • 2/3 cup of tomato paste
- • 1 can (29 ounces) of tomato sauce
- • ½ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- • 1 onion, finely chopped
- • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
- • 2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
- • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Instructions
- Brown the beef with garlic and onion in a skillet for 5 to 7 min then stir in the tomato paste, oregano, salt and tomato sauce then cook them for another 2 min.
- In the meantime, mix the mozzarella with cottage cheese and parmesan in small bowl then set it aside.
- Repeat the process with rest of the ingredients then cover the slow cooker and cook it for 4 h on low.
- Once the time is up, serve it warm right away and enjoy
