Creamy Slow Cooked Potatoes with Cheddar
Ingredients
- • 6 potatoes, sliced
- • 1 onion, sliced
- • 1 can of creamy chicken soup
- • 8 slices of bacon, cut into small chunks
- • 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
- • Salt
Instructions
- Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom for a slow cooker then cover it with half of the sliced onion, bacon and cheese.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients to make the same layer then pour the soup all over it.
- Seal the pot then cook the potato for 8 h on low.
- Once the time is up, serve it warm and enjoy.
