Creamy Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • • 1 can (15 ounces) of black beans
  • • 1 can of chili beans
  • • 3 chicken breasts
  • • 2 ½ cups of canned diced tomato with chili
  • • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • • 1 can (15 ounces) of corn kernels
  • • 1 ½ cups of beer
  • • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • • Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken with beer and tomato sauce and taco seasoning, black beans, corn, chili diced tomato and chili beans in a slow cooker then season them with some salt.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook it on low for 5 h.
  3. Once the time is up, shred the chicken breasts then cover the slow cooker and cook it for another 2 h.
  4. Garnish the soup with some avocado then serve it warm and enjoy.
