Peanut Butter Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- • 6 tablespoons of cacao powder
- • 1 ½ cups of purpose flour
- • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- • ¾ cup of sour cream
- • ½ cup of brown sugar
- • ¾ cup of white sugar
- • 2 cups of boiling water
- • 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- • 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
- • 2 tablespoons of boiling water
- • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- • 1 teaspoon of almond extract
Instructions
- Combine the baking soda with flour, baking powder and brown sugar in a bowl then set it aside.
- Whisk the peanut butter with almond extract, 2 tablespoons of water, sour cream and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until no lumps are found then pour the batter in a greased slow cooker.
- Combine 2 cups of boiling water, cocoa powder and white sugar in a small bowl then whisk them until they become smooth.
- Pour the cacao sauce on the cake batter then cover it and cook the cake for 1 h and 30 min.
- Once the time is up, allow the cake to cool down for 15 min then serve it with some ice cream and enjoy.
