Rosemary Turkey Breast
Ingredients
- • 7 pounds turkey breast
- • ½ cup of water
- • 4 cloves of garlic
- • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
- • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- • 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, crushed
- • Salt
Instructions
- Season the turkey breasts with some salt and peppercorns then combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and seal it.
- Cook the turkey breast for 6 h on low or 4 h on high then allow it to rest of 5 min.
- Once the time is up, serve it warm and enjoy.
