Slow Cooker Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup of butter
  • • 1 cup of sugar
  • • 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • • 1 cup of pecans, roughly chopped
  • • 3 eggs, beaten
  • • 1 ¼ cups of purpose flour
  • • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • • 1 cup of bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • • ¾ teaspoon of baking powder
  • • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a slow cooker with a cooking spray then lay in it a parchment paper that extends into its edges.
  2. Combine the bittersweet chocolate with butter in a heat proof bowl then microwave it for 1 min until they completely melts.
  3. Add the sugar with eggs and vanilla to the melted chocolate then whisk them and stir in the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.
  4. Fold the chocolate chips with pecans into the batter then pour it into the prepared slow cooker.
  5. Cover it and cook it for 3 h and 30 min on low then remove the cover and cook it for another 30 min.
  6. Once the time is up, allow the brownies to cool down completely then serve it and enjoy.
