Slow Cooker Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- • 1 cup of butter
- • 1 cup of sugar
- • 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- • 1 cup of pecans, roughly chopped
- • 3 eggs, beaten
- • 1 ¼ cups of purpose flour
- • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- • 1 cup of bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- • ¾ teaspoon of baking powder
- • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a slow cooker with a cooking spray then lay in it a parchment paper that extends into its edges.
- Combine the bittersweet chocolate with butter in a heat proof bowl then microwave it for 1 min until they completely melts.
- Add the sugar with eggs and vanilla to the melted chocolate then whisk them and stir in the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Fold the chocolate chips with pecans into the batter then pour it into the prepared slow cooker.
- Cover it and cook it for 3 h and 30 min on low then remove the cover and cook it for another 30 min.
- Once the time is up, allow the brownies to cool down completely then serve it and enjoy.
