Barbecue Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • • 1 dash of hot sauce
  • • 2 cups of ketchup
  • • 4 pounds (4.81 kg) of baby back ribs
  • • 1 cup of chili sauce
  • • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • • 2 teaspoons of dry oregano
  • • Black pepper
  • • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven on 400 F (200 C).
  2. Season the baby back ribs with some salt and pepper then bake them for 15 min.
  3. Once the time is up, turn the ribs over and bake them for another 15 min.
  4. In the meantime, combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk them to make the sauce.
  5. Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour on them the sauce then seal it and cook it on low for 6 to 8 h.
  6. Once the time is up, serve it warm and enjoy.
