Cranberry Apple Cider - Slow Cooker Recipe
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to spend all day long cooking a loving, carefully attended meal for your loved ones? It sounds like a dream, especially if you get to spend all that time with them at home. But life often gets in the way, and that dream can turn into a nightmare when obligations tear you away from home. That’s what slow cookers are here for. When things get a little too hectic for you to be present at all times, these marvels of engineering can really save the day.
The recipe presented here is for slow cooker chicken, a delicious meal that can feed your whole family with little to no attention needed. Here are the ingredients you’ll need.

1 3-pound whole chicken, skin removed (optionally)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic

ALLRECIPES
Start by removing the chicken’s skin and emptying it of its innards, then place it inside the slow cooker.

ALLRECIPES
Grab a medium bowl and mix in the garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil. Stir until evenly mixed. Pour the contents of the bowl on top of the chicken in the slow cooker, then cover it and set it to cook on the low setting for 8 hours. You can also set it to the high setting for a ready-to-serve bird in 4 hours.

ALLRECIPES
Some of the recipe video’s viewers have found that leaving the chicken’s skin on will improve the taste, while others recommend using a little less oil for a healthier meal. Like most, this recipe is completely customizable – so have at it.
