Ingredients

  • • 7 pounds turkey breast
  • • ½ cup of water
  • • 4 cloves of garlic
  • • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • • 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, crushed
  • • Salt

Instructions

  1. Season the turkey breasts with some salt and peppercorns then combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and seal it.
  2. Cook the turkey breast for 6 h on low or 4 h on high then allow it to rest of 5 min.
  3. Once the time is up, serve it warm and enjoy.
